I went to look at one of Rustin’s listings without a buyer’s agent and soon decided that I didn’t need one. I know that is generally ill advised, but I was confident in Rustin’s honesty and integrity right away. He was communicative and quickly responded to all of my calls and emails and was happy to find the answers to all of my questions no matter how trivial. I am sure that whenever I am ready to sell, I will have Rustin as my seller’s agent.
